How it works
Four steps, and you are in control of all of them.
Scan the pile, review every mark against the scheme that produced it, and export when you’re happy. GradeDrive does the reading; you make the calls.
Scan the entire class together
After collecting completed scripts from students follow these simple steps
- Slice the spines off the exam scripts
- Batch scan all of your papers into a single PDF file
Upload the PDF for processing
Create a new assessment, giving it a name and choosing a subject profile then
- Upload the mark scheme and your scanned scripts to GradeDrive
- Check and confirm the auto split boundaries
Review the results
Every question opens with the script on one side and the model answer and marking criteria on the other. Where GradeDrive awarded a mark, it shows you which criterion it matched. Change any mark you disagree with.
Export what you need
Once you have confirmed the marks, take them away in whichever form you need
- CSV: the raw marks awarded per student, for your own markbook
- Feedback sheet: one per student, to attach to their script and hand back
- Analysis report: how the whole class performed across the assessment
Try it on one set of papers.
Not a trial that expires, not a card up front. Upload one mark scheme and one class set, and see whether you agree with the marks.
